Qualifikationen

• Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.

Aufgaben

• Responder a consultas de clientes por correo, chat y teléfono con soluciones puntuales.
• Guiar a los usuarios en características y soluciones de la app.
• Identificar y reportar bugs o incidencias al equipo de desarrollo.
• Escalar problemas complejos al personal de soporte senior o departamentos relevantes.
• Mantener registros de interacciones y resoluciones con los clientes.
