Joivy is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to run a residential rental asset as an autonomous business unit. You will oversee resident experience, asset profitability and day-to-day operations, building a safe, attractive community.

You will lead onsite teams, manage tenant moves, renewals and inspections, coordinate maintenance, and work with Marketing and Sales on leasing and pricing, with annual budgets and investor reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential rental assets (BTR, PBSA) or hospitality.
• Experience in operations, teams and P&L.
• Tourism regulations: practical knowledge of regulations.
• Team leadership and coordination of external suppliers.
• Budgeting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong service orientation and resident experience.
• Leadership and team management.
• Organisation and prioritisation in operational environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions and work autonomously.
• Flexibility and adaptability.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full operation of the residential asset.
• Lead the onsite team to a high standard of service.
• Oversee tenant management (move-ins, move-outs, renewals, inspections, issues).
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Drive resident satisfaction and retention.
• Work with Marketing and Sales on leasing, campaigns and pricing.
• Manage annual budgets and reporting for owners/investors.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance.
