Minor Hotels in Madrid is seeking a Booking Agent to join the Central Reservation Office. You will handle reservations across all channels from initial request to confirmation, advising guests on hotels, products and services, and actively up-selling to maximise revenue.

We value flexibility, proactive attitude and strong sales and service skills. Full-time, on-site position with opportunities for training and mobility within the group.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Booking Agent (M/F), you will report to the Supervisor of Central Reservation Office of Minor Hotels in Madrid and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the reservation service in the different channels, direct or indirect, from the reservation request until its confirmation, provide information about the hotels, products and services offered. He will also be responsible for carrying out up-selling and cross-selling actions, actively contributing to the increase in revenue and decisively exceeding customer expectations, guaranteeing an excellent service.

WE LOOK FOR CANDIDATES WITH:

• - Flexibility, Proactivity and liking to work by objectives;
• - Excellent communication skills;
• - Schedule Flexibility;
• - Training in Hospitality, Tourism or similar (preferential factor);
• - Sales skills (experience in reservation management or in the commercial area will be valued);
• - Experience in customer service (preferential factor);
• - Knowledge of Hrvatski is a must;
• - Availability to carry out full-time face-to-face functions
• - Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Internet, Database, etc.
