UST España & Latam is seeking a Reporting Specialist to develop and maintain complex reports using SQL and Dataiku, working with banking data sources in a hybrid Madrid setup.

You will translate business requirements into reporting solutions, ensure data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate insights in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in report development and data extraction with advanced SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with Dataiku for data preparation, workflow automation, and analytics projects.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, processes, and systems, including customer onboarding, account management, and transaction data.
• Excellent requirements-gathering and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative and customer-focused approach.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering quality results.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau and Dataiku.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver accurate, timely, and reliable ad hoc and recurring reports to support internal business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, gather specifications, and manage expectations.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports using data from T24, CRM/CLM, KYC platforms, Oracle databases, and the Global Data Platform (Trino).
• Analyze, extract, transform, and present complex datasets in a clear and actionable format.
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards, including data quality, integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and existing reporting solutions in collaboration with business and IT teams.
• Document reporting logic, processes, and dependencies, while supporting knowledge sharing within the team.
• Act as a key point of contact for report-related inquiries and reporting support.

We are looking for a Reporting Specialist with strong expertise in SQL, data analysis, and reporting, combined with a solid understanding of banking operations and core banking data sources. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders, translate business requirements into reporting solutions, and ensure high standards of data quality, accuracy, and compliance.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

Work Location

Hybrid position in Madrid (3 days at client´s office, Madrid city center).
