UST is seeking a Test Data Management Specialist to support a banking sector project in Madrid. The role focuses on designing and provisioning test data, ensuring data integrity, and creating synthetic datasets for UAT and testing environments.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in TDM, strong SQL skills with Oracle/MS SQL/PostgreSQL, and experience with masking tools like Delphix or Informatica. Fluent English and a hybrid work model in Madrid are required.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Test Data Management.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Solid understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with test phases such as SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Experience with data masking tools and technologies (Delphix, Informatica) is highly desirable.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, extract, transform, and provision test data sets for UAT and other environments.
• Guarantee referential integrity of test data across systems.
• Develop and manage synthetic and masked datasets for client scenarios.
• Coordinate with IDMC and Test Data Management teams on refresh activities.
• Support automation of test data provisioning using scripting (SQL, Python, Shell) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Git).

We are looking for a Test Data Management Specialist across the project of the client from the banking sector.

Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH),

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• Design, extract, transform, and provision test data sets for UAT, TST50, TST60, UAT10 and other test environments.
• Guarantee referential integrity of test data across interconnected systems.
• Develop and manage reusable synthetic and masked datasets representing real-world client scenarios (onboarding, advising, compliance checks, transaction flows).
• Coordinate with IDMC and Test Data Management teams on environment refresh activities and data population plans.
• Support automation of test data provisioning using scripting (SQL, Python, Shell) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Git).

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Test Data Management, preferably within financial services or highly regulated environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands‑on experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Solid understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with test phases such as SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
