UST is seeking a Data migration specialist to join our Fintech team in Madrid on a hybrid model (3 days in the office). The role involves designing end-to-end data migration solutions for CRM systems in financial environments, with emphasis on SQL, PL/SQL and Python scripting, data profiling, and quality assessments.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in data migration or related fields, a strong analytical mindset, and experience with large datasets in enterprise settings.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data migration, database development, or data integration projects.
• Proven experience delivering complex data migration projects within enterprise environments.
• Experience with CRM systems in financial industries.
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets and mission-critical business systems.
• Strong knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL and Python.
• Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).

• Perform data mapping, transformation and loading activities to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL, PL/SQL and Python scripts to support data migration workflows.

What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a Data migration specialist to join our Fintech team.

Location: Madrid (Hybrid model: 3 days at the office)

• Database Analysis Perform advanced data analysis using Python and SQL.
• Conduct data profiling, quality assessments, and impact analyses.
• Generate migration reports
• Transformation and Migration Design, develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end data migration solutions for CRM solutions.
• Analyze source and target systems to define migration strategies and mapping specifications.
• Perform detailed data mapping, transformation and loading activities to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL, PL/SQL and Python scripts to support extraction, transformation, validation, and loading of data.

Mandatory requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data migration, database development, or data integration projects.
• Proven experience delivering complex data migration projects within enterprise environments.
• Experience with CRM systems in financial industries
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets and mission-critical business systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL and Python
• Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)

Work mode: Hybrid 1-2 days on site.
