UST España & Latam is seeking a Test Data Management Specialist for a hybrid role in Madrid. You will design and provision test data, ensure referential integrity, and develop synthetic datasets for banking client environments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in TDM, strong SQL skills, and experience with data masking tools. English fluency is required for cross‑border collaboration and project delivery.

• Coordinate with IDMC and TDM teams on refreshes and population plans.
• Automate data provisioning using scripting and CI/CD pipelines.

What we look for?

We are looking for a Test Data Management Specialist across the project of the client from the banking sector.

Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH),

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• Design, extract, transform, and provision test data sets for UAT, TST50, TST60, UAT10 and other test environments.
• Guarantee referential integrity of test data across interconnected systems.
• Develop and manage reusable synthetic and masked datasets representing real-world client scenarios (onboarding, advising, compliance checks, transaction flows).
• Coordinate with IDMC and Test Data Management teams on environment refresh activities and data population plans.
• Support automation of test data provisioning using scripting (SQL, Python, Shell) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Git).

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Test Data Management, preferably within financial services or highly regulated environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands‑on experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Solid understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with test phases such as SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Experience with data masking tools and technologies (e.g., Delphix, Informatica) is highly desirable.
• Fluent English.
