Dils Lucas Fox is seeking a Senior Rentals Agent in Madrid to lead exclusive luxury rental properties and manage the end-to-end tenant experience. You will collaborate with the marketing and CRM teams to showcase high-end listings and maintain strong relationships with property owners.

The role requires deep knowledge of Madrid's luxury rental market, fluent Spanish and English, and a full-time permanent contract in a dynamic, international real estate group.

Formación

• Experience in luxury residential rentals is preferred.
• Knowledge of legal, commercial and financial aspects of rentals.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages valued.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and secure exclusive luxury rental properties in Madrid.
• Negotiate and formalize mediation agreements with property owners.
• Manage documentation for property listings ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Build long-term relationships with property owners and provide expert guidance.
• Guide tenants through the rental process end-to-end, ensuring a luxury service experience.
• Work with Marketing to maximize visibility via high-quality photography and descriptions.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.

Thanks to our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Rentals Agent to join the growing Dils Lucas Fox team in Madrid .

Property Listings for Rentals

• Identify and secure exclusive luxury rental properties across Madrid's most desirable areas.
• Negotiate and formalize mediation agreements with property owners.
• Collect, verify, and manage all documentation required for property listings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, providing expert advice and proactive, high-quality communication.
• Guide tenants through the entire rental process, from the initial enquiry to contract completion and post-completion follow-up, ensuring a seamless luxury service experience.

Marketing & Property Promotion

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to maximize each property's visibility through high-quality photography, compelling property descriptions, and digital promotion.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, showcasing each property's unique features and value.

CRM & Database Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM, including client requirements, property information, and market intelligence.
• Monitor occupancy rates, client feedback, and property performance to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Proven experience in the real estate sector, ideally within luxury residential rentals in the Madrid market.
• Strong understanding of the legal, commercial, and financial aspects of residential rentals.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages will be highly valued.
• Full-time, permanent contract.
