Dils is seeking a Manager — Living (Flex Living, PBSA, BTR, BTS) to grow its institutional residential business in Spain. You will advise investors, developers and operators on Living assets and drive opportunities across Flex Living, PBSA, BTR and BTS.

Join a fast-growing, international platform with exposure across Europe and a network of senior leadership, enabling strategic growth and collaboration across the Dils Group.

Formación

• 5+ years in real estate advisory, investment banking or direct investment.
• Strong understanding of the Living ecosystem in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Advise investors, developers and operators on Living sector transactions.
• Identify and manage investment, divestment and asset repositioning opportunities.
• Prepare market analysis, valuations and presentation materials for institutional clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with family offices, investment funds, developers and operators in Living.
• Contribute to positioning Dils as a leading advisor in Living in Spain.
• Support business development and originate new opportunities across Living asset classes.
• Collaborate with other Dils teams to deliver integrated client solutions.

We are looking for a Manager — Living (Flex Living, PBSA, BTR, BTS) to help drive and expand our activity across some of the fastest‑growing segments of the institutional residential market in Spain, including Flex Living, PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation), BTR (Build to Rent) and BTS (Build to Sell).

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who wants to help build and shape a high-growth business area from a leading market position, supported by an established platform and an active client network.

Responsibilities

• Advise investors, developers and operators on transactions involving assets and portfolios across the Living sector.
• Identify and manage investment, divestment and asset repositioning opportunities.
• Prepare market analysis, valuations and presentation materials for institutional clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with family offices, investment funds, developers and operators active in the Living sector.
• Contribute to positioning Dils as a leading advisor in the Living segment in Spain.
• Support business development initiatives and originate new opportunities across different Living asset classes.
• Collaborate closely with other business lines within Dils to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate advisory, investment banking or direct investment, with exposure to alternative assets.
• Strong understanding of the Living ecosystem in Spain, including asset classes, deal structures, key operators and investors.
• Proven ability to manage transaction processes autonomously from origination through execution.
• Client-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Fluent English is required, with experience working in international environments.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or Engineering; a Master's degree in Real Estate or related fields is highly valued.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy and ability to thrive in a fast‑growing environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
