Dils Lucas Fox in Madrid seeks a Client Relations Agent to engage both national and international clients across luxury Living & Residential sectors. You will respond to inquiries, prequalify leads, reactivate accounts, and coordinate with sales teams to ensure a seamless client journey.

Your Role

• Respond to inbound inquiries from national and international clients through phone, email, and digital channels.

What We’re Looking For

• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in inbound sales, customer service, or client relations is a plus.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; additional languages, like French or others, are highly valued.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Sales Mindset: A proactive, goal‑oriented attitude with a desire to excel in a sales‑driven environment.
