Job summary

DNV is seeking a Project Manager for its On-site Solutions energy projects in Madrid. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of SCADA and PPC-based assets across wind, solar and storage, coordinating cross-functional teams and clients to ensure on-time, on-scope results.

You will manage customer relationships, write progress reports, and drive improvements while adhering to budget and quality standards. Fluent English and Spanish are required, with a bachelor’s in engineering and 3+ years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 3+ years of project management experience in energy/renewable energy or industrial automation.
• Proven track record delivering commercial & industrial (C&I) and/or utility-scale projects.
• End-to-end project management from initiation through delivery, balancing scope, schedule and cost.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong client management throughout the lifecycle.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management from PO receipt to delivery and final acceptance.
• Define requirements and develop detailed project plans with milestones and risks.
• Supervise and delegate tasks across engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee purchasing and supplier assignments for project needs.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget while meeting quality standards.
• Act as primary client contact, managing relationships and expectations.
• Write technical reports and communicate progress to stakeholders regularly.
• Drive process improvements and best practices in project management.
