Job summary

DNV Germany Holding GmbH is seeking an on-site Projects Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of data-driven digital solutions (SCADA & PPC) for renewable energy sites in Madrid. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

The role involves defining requirements, developing detailed plans with milestones, and acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management from PO receipt to delivery and final acceptance
• Define requirements and develop detailed project plans with milestones and resources
• Supervise tasks across Project Engineers and cross-functional teams (logistics, purchasing, IT, GI)
• Oversee purchasing and supplier assignments to ensure timely procurement
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget while meeting quality standards
• Act as primary client contact and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Write technical reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Drive continuous process improvements in project management
