Empresa Confidencial is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate, supervise, and execute renewable energy construction projects in Madrid. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a solid technical background in engineering with a focus on safety and quality.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in project management or renewable energy construction, with English proficiency and a Master’s degree preferred. Hybrid work setup and career growth are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
• Master's degree in Renewable Energies or similar is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or construction of renewable energy projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• High level of English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to meet established deadlines.
• Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety, and quality requirements.
• Ensure adherence to all contractual obligations and project documentation.
• Monitor the performance of contractors and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and promptly resolve technical or operational issues.
• Guarantee compliance with local and international safety standards.
• Manage project budgets and monitor economic performance.
• Promote a strong culture of safety and operational excellence.
• Identify project risks and define effective mitigation strategies.
