Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related Colleague Resources systems. This role ensures system reliability, data integrity, and secure, efficient business processes across HR.

You will manage Workday configuration across applications, collaborate with HR, IT, Total Rewards and external vendors, and translate business needs into scalable, sustainable solutions in a fully remote setup based in Spain or Portugal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field.
• 3+ years HRIS or technical systems experience with Workday.
• Experience across multiple functional areas, security, reporting, and releases.
• Experience with third-party vendors and international teams.

Responsibilities
