Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst – Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related Colleague Resources systems. Build reliable, secure processes and scale solutions across international teams.

You’ll manage Workday configuration, support releases, and collaborate with HRIS, HR, IT, and vendors worldwide to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions. This remote role is based in Spain or Portugal with a UK-based manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• More than 3 years of HRIS or technical systems experience with hands-on Workday configuration and support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday across applications.
• Investigate issues and optimize business processes.
• Support releases, reporting, integrations, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with HRIS, HR, Total Rewards, IT, and vendors across countries and time zones.
• Prepare configuration specifications and supporting documentation.
• Participate in system testing and audits to maintain data integrity.
