Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and Colleague Resources systems. You will ensure data integrity, security, and efficient business processes while translating needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• More than 3 years of HRIS or technical systems experience, including hands-on Workday configuration and support.
• Experience supporting Workday across multiple functional areas, including business processes, security, reporting, data integrity, releases, and integrations.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and collaborating with international, cross-functional teams is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and Colleague Resources applications across functions.
• Assist with configuration, testing, deployment, and enhancements; investigate issues and identify solutions.
• Monitor Workday events, tasks, and exceptions; support data quality, regulatory compliance, and process integrity.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and release readiness activities.
• Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, process guides, and training materials.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Total Rewards, vendors, and business teams to translate requirements into system designs.
• Support special HRIS projects and broader initiatives.
