Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst – Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HR systems. This fully remote role is based in Spain or Portugal and reports to a UK-based manager.

You will partner with HR, IT, Total Rewards and vendors to translate business needs into system designs, manage configurations, testing, and releases, and help ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance across countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• More than 3 years of HRIS or technical systems experience, including hands-on Workday configuration and support.

Responsibilities

• Support the HRIS team with day-to-day BAU responsibilities and maintenance of Workday across multiple functional areas.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday enhancements, process improvements, and system changes.
• Investigate technical issues and root causes, recommending sustainable solutions.
• Monitor and manage the Workday inbox to resolve events, tasks, and exceptions.
• Support functional audits to maintain data quality and regulatory compliance.
