Job summary

Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Work and Family Life Specialist to deliver one-on-one consultations and workshops for the Fleet and Family Support Program remotely around the world, including aboard Navy ships.

You will use virtual platforms, coordinate with FFSP stakeholders, and provide information and referrals. The role requires a social science degree or equivalent experience, strong presentation skills, and comfort with travel and SOFA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related experience or a combination thereof.
• Experience presenting and facilitating training for large and small groups.
• Experience using digital tools to enable virtual training.
• Knowledge of FFSP programs and deployment/mobilization concepts.
• Strong technical acumen with AV setup and remote delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual workshops across FFSP program areas.
• Provide one-on-one consultations for service members and families.
• Offer location-specific information and referrals, in-person or virtually.
• Support disaster preparedness and crisis response efforts.
• Maintain accurate records in government systems and coordinate with stakeholders.
