Sawmilldcllc is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Representative to support travelers before, during, and after their trips. This 100% work-from-home role focuses on delivering a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.

You will assist clients via email, phone, and messaging, provide itinerary updates, answer travel questions, and guide them on destinations and requirements. Strong communication and independent work ethic are essential to succeed in this remote position.

Formación

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience (travel, hospitality, call center, or support roles preferred).
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Able to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
• Passionate about travel and helping others travel with confidence.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Answer travel-related inquiries in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.
• Support itinerary updates, cancellations, changes, and special requests.
