Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on wind turbine / electromechanical systems experience.
• Able to read electrical schematics for troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Fluent English; willingness to relocate to Barcelona; EU work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Lead remote diagnostics and troubleshooting during commissioning and service.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear, structured technical information.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults and improvements.
• Support reporting of technical findings and process optimization.
• Coordinate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Support grid outages with safety and compliance focus.
