Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for Remote Operations Center (Wind) to support offshore wind assets from Barcelona. You will monitor turbines, perform remote diagnostics, and collaborate with site and engineering teams to ensure reliable performance.

You will facilitate commissioning and service activities, analyze data for trends, and drive continuous improvement while navigating rotating shifts and occasional on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent wind energy experience.
• Hands-on wind turbine or similar electromechanical systems experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics for troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and relocate to Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms.
• Provide remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for commissioning and service.
• Support field teams in resolving technical issues.
• Escalate complex issues with clear technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve operations.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults and trends.
