GE Vernova is seeking a ROC Technical Lead for Wind Remote Operations Center in Barcelona, Spain. The role involves monitoring offshore wind assets from a remote hub, detecting alarms, and coordinating with site teams and engineering experts to maintain safe, reliable operations throughout the asset lifecycle.

You will perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting, support commissioning and service activities, help field teams resolve technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent wind energy experience.

Aufgaben

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems
• Analyze operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on‑call support during weekends and public holidays
