Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a highly motivated Compliance Officer to join their expanding legal team in a fully remote role based in Spain. You will ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across the organization.

Key duties include developing and maintaining the compliance program, conducting audits and risk assessments, investigating breaches, delivering training, and advising on regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a corporate compliance role or consultancy.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR and anti-corruption laws.
• Experience conducting internal investigations and audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's compliance program.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify non-compliance.
• Investigate reported breaches and implement corrective actions.
• Design and deliver compliance training programs.
• Stay updated on legislation and advise on impact.
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare compliance reports for senior management and the board.
• Promote a strong culture of compliance throughout the organization.
