Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join its remote legal team. You will ensure adherence to GDPR, AML/KYC and applicable laws, while managing internal investigations, audits and risk assessments in a fully remote environment.

You will design and deliver comprehensive training, liaise with regulatory bodies, and develop policies to promote a strong culture of compliance across the organization within Spain.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GDPR, AML/KYC and related regulations.
• Experience conducting internal investigations and audits.
• Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the company’s compliance program; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits; identify non-compliance areas.
• Investigate breaches and implement corrective actions; deliver training across all levels.
• Stay updated on legislation and regulatory changes; advise leadership and regulatory bodies as needed.
