Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a highly motivated Compliance Officer to join its expanding legal team in a fully remote role across Spain. You will develop and maintain the company’s compliance program, conduct audits and risk assessments, and advise on GDPR and related regulations.

The position emphasizes independent work, training across the organization, and collaboration with regulatory bodies and senior management to promote a culture of ethics and compliance.

Qualifications

• Law degree or related field with compliance certification.
• 4+ years in a compliance role.
• GDPR, anti-corruption and related laws knowledge.
• Experience in internal investigations and audits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with compliance software.
• Able to work remotely and independently.
• Legally authorized to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company's compliance program.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
• Investigate breaches and implement corrective actions.
• Design and deliver compliance training.
