Job summary

Ethos, a new expert network, seeks an experienced VP of customer success to help guide AI-driven document, spreadsheet, and slide tasks for our professional clients. The role emphasizes ownership of health-score models, renewal forecasting, and trusted executive-ready outputs.

This is a flexible, remote-engagement position offering $70/hour for 5–20 hours per week, with ASAP start. You will craft high-quality decks and playbooks used in customer conversations and governance reviews.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning customer success or support operations for a B2B SaaS or services organization.
• Proven ability to translate messy support and usage data into quarterly business review decks and escalation runbooks that executives and customers both trust.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer success or support operations for a B2B SaaS or services organization.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop health-score dashboards, renewal risk scorecards, QBR decks, escalation runbooks, onboarding and adoption playbooks.
