Job summary

Ethos is seeking VPs of strategy to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows. You will own client-ready strategy decks and executive materials, and develop market analyses, operating model redesigns, and change playbooks.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week and an ASAP start. Compensation is $100/hour with a focus on high-quality written and visual deliverables for demanding executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy, owner of client-ready strategy decks and exec materials.
• Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks, operating model redesign, and building sensitivity-tested business case models in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Produce client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials.
• Develop market entry and competitive analyses, operating model redesigns, and business case models.
• Synthesize stakeholder interviews and deliver implementation roadmaps and change management playbooks.
