Job summary

Ethos is seeking a skilled client services manager to guide teams in training AI-powered document workflows. You will own the health-score and renewal forecasting processes, producing trusted dashboards and executive-ready playbooks.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 hrs/week) and ASAP start. You’ll craft precise, high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks to support client success and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning customer success or support operations for a B2B SaaS or services organization, including ownership of health-score models and renewal forecasting.
• Proven ability to translate messy support and usage data into quarterly business review decks and escalation runbooks that executives and customers both trust.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead a client services or support operations team to train AI language models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents and decks across core workflows.
• Develop and maintain health-score dashboards and renewal risk scorecards for stakeholders.
• Translate usage data into clear executive-ready briefs and runbooks for escalations and onboarding.
