Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced commercial operations managers to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on designing and refining revenue operations and CRM data processes with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.

The position offers flexible remote engagement of 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP, with the possibility of more hours if desired.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel conversion dashboards relied on by sales/marketing leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with precise written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop and maintain CRM field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Audit and improve funnel conversion dashboards and pipeline hygiene to support revenue teams.
