Ethos is seeking a senior data analyst to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will craft, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across executive dashboards and monthly performance decks.

We require 4+ years in BI dashboards, strong SQL skills, and expert document/spreadsheet/slide craftsmanship with precise written communication. This is a fully remote engagement with flexible 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start.

Formación

• 4+ years building and maintaining BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-serve analytics for business stakeholders.
• Fluency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool with a proven track record of turning raw data into clear, decision-ready business narratives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for executive dashboards and monthly performance decks.
• Support ad hoc SQL data pulls and self-serve reporting templates for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and data quality checklists, with clear data narratives.
