Job summary

Ethos is seeking a VP of clinical operations to lead the creation, evaluation, and refinement of AI-generated clinical documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote, part-time role requires expertise in clinical study reports, regulatory dossiers, and ICH-GCP standards.

Start ASAP and work 5–20 hours per week, on a flexible schedule. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in clinical research or regulatory affairs, with exceptional document craftsmanship and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• Direct experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules for a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO organization.
• Deep familiarity with ICH-GCP standards, FDA/EMA regulatory expectations, and the scientific rigor required in investigator brochures and medical affairs materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated clinical study documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Evaluate and refine outputs for core workflows: clinical study reports, protocol synopses, investigator brochures, and regulatory dossiers.
• Ensure regulatory rigor and scientific quality in medical affairs materials and publication plans.
