Job summary

Ethos is seeking pharma and clinical development professionals to help train a leading AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

We require 5+ years in clinical research, biomedical science, or regulatory affairs to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across core workflows such as clinical study reports, regulatory dossiers, and medical affairs slides.

Start ASAP; fully remote with flexible scheduling (5-20 hours per week) at $100/hour.

Qualifications

• Direct experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules for a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO organization
• Deep familiarity with ICH-GCP standards, FDA/EMA regulatory expectations, and the scientific rigor required in investigator brochures and medical affairs materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows for pharma/biotech programs
• Review clinical study reports, protocol synopses, and regulatory dossiers to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely completion
