Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced directors of hospital operations to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own patient throughput and service line performance work, build staffing and reimbursement models, and craft executive-ready materials with precision and clarity.

This fully remote, part-time engagement offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign with direct ownership of patient throughput and service line performance.
• Experience building staffing, reimbursement, or patient throughput models used to brief hospital executives or health system leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop patient throughput and bed utilization models used to brief hospital executives or health system leadership.
• Design care pathway and clinical workflow redesign proposals for hospital operations.
• Produce hospital service line performance dashboards and payer contract and reimbursement analysis decks.
