Ethos is seeking an experienced communications veteran to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

The role is fully remote, freelance, 5–20 hours per week, with ASAP start. You will craft and refine AI-generated materials, shape messaging for executives, and ensure high editorial quality under deadline pressure. This is an opportunity to influence how AI communicates across corporate contexts.

Formación

• 5+ years in journalism, corporate communications, or public relations producing press releases, briefing memos, or editorial content under deadline pressure.
• Track record of shaping messaging for executives or media outlets, with sharp news judgment and command of AP style or equivalent editorial standards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Manage press releases, briefing memos, executive talking points, and editorial calendars under deadline pressure.
