Job summary

Airalo is hiring a User Retention Specialist to design and run retention programs that reduce churn and boost lifetime value. You will leverage CRM tools, analyze usage patterns, and run targeted campaigns across segments to drive engagement and repeat purchases.

This fully remote role supports a global product used by travelers, with teams across Spain and the United Kingdom. A data‑driven mindset and hands‑on experience with Clevertap,Braze or MoEngage are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of extensive experience in user retention in performance‑focused businesses.
• Knowledge of retention use cases including churn prevention and win‑back campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM/retention tools to execute campaigns and analyze data.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Continuous learner with interest in trends and new tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user retention strategies with cross‑functional teams.
• Analyze data to identify retention patterns and actionable improvements.
• Implement retention campaigns using CRM tools with personalized messaging.
• Develop customer segmentation to tailor retention initiatives.
• Monitor retention metrics and generate regular progress reports.
• Test and optimize retention initiatives through A/B experiments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in retention.
