You will provide product information and technical and administrative support through phone and email, and will update Salesforce while liaising with peers to deliver complete, researched answers for customers. Qualifications

• Experience in a technical customer support or similar role.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience in the UKI market.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and effective technical and administration support through multiple channels (phone and email).
• Provide customers with a personalized experience, effectively solving their issues and inquiries.
• Proactively manage customer expectations.
• Constantly update our CRM system (Salesforce) with all relevant information collected during customer service activities.
• Liaise with peers and cross-departmentally to provide complete and thoroughly researched answers for customers.
