Lever, Inc. is seeking a Software Craftsperson/Typescript- II based in Spain. This remote role focuses on building scalable backend systems and AI-powered workflows using TypeScript, OpenAI, Claude and agentic frameworks.

You will own end-to-end initiatives, mentor peers, and shape engineering practices with a hands-on, craft‑driven approach. You’ll collaborate with clients and distributed teams, apply TDD/CI‑CD, and contribute to producing reliable, observable systems while advancing AI-native

Formación

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience delivering complex production systems.
• Hands-on TypeScript production‑grade development experience.
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered apps, AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Claude or comparable LLM ecosystems.
• Experience with browser-based apps and Chrome Extensions.

Responsabilidades

• Own complex software initiatives end to end, from design and implementation to testing and production readiness.
• Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using TypeScript and best practices.
• Deliver production-ready features balancing scope, quality, performance and maintainability.
• Build AI-powered applications using LLMs, agents, and agentic frameworks.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities.
• Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing and learning.
