Lever, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer - AI-First based in Spain. Join an autonomous team building high-scale cloud applications with Java/Spring Boot on the backend and Angular/TypeScript on the frontend, using AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery.

You will own end-to-end development, review AI-generated code for security and scalability, and collaborate with product to shape what gets built in a remote-first, low-meeting environment. English required.

Formación

3+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack roles.
Experience with Java/Spring Boot on backend and Angular/TypeScript on frontend.
Familiarity with AI coding assistants and agentic development workflows.
Strong focus on secure, reliable software development.

Responsabilidades

Own end-to-end product delivery within autonomous team.
Develop full-stack apps with Java/Spring Boot backend and Angular/TypeScript frontend.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate coding while ensuring quality and security.
Review AI-generated code for correctness, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with Product for priority and solution definition.
