Job summary

Abion/Baylos in Madrid seeks a dedicated Trademark Paralegal to support a diverse portfolio of national, EU, and international matters. You will collaborate with a global IP team, ensuring filings, deadlines, and renewals are handled with precision and speed.

You will work with IP offices and agents, prepare quotations and invoices, and contribute to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Trademark Paralegal handling national, EU, and international portfolios.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Self-sufficient, proactive, organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience with IP databases and management tools.
• Previous experience in prosecution of industrial designs and patents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Management and prosecution of national, EU, and international trademark matters.
• Monitoring deadlines, tasks, and renewals.
• Preparation and follow-up of applications and renewals before OEPM, EUIPO, and WIPO.
• Support the agency team in administrative proceedings.
• Preparation of quotations and invoices.
• Coordination and communication with intellectual property agents and offices.
