Job summary

Remote is seeking a Manager, Time & Attendance to own planning, implementation, and service delivery for the Lifecycle Time & Attendance team. Reporting to the Senior Manager Lifecycle, you will lead a distributed, international team across regions, drive KPIs, and champion responsible AI adoption within T&A workflows.

You will mentor staff, manage complex wage-hour issues in various jurisdictions, and partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and ER to scale processes globally.

Qualifications

• Experience leading distributed international teams.
• Strong knowledge of Time & Attendance matters and wage-hour laws.
• Ability to drive process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Guide, coach, and develop direct reports to build a high-performing T&A team.
• Lead performance management with bi-annual evaluations and align goals with business objectives.
• Drive recruitment, training, mentoring, and supervision of the regional team.
