Job summary

EY GDS Spain is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant to join our HR Technology team in Málaga on a hybrid basis. You will shape scalable time solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking and collaborate across countries to go live at scale.

As a senior specialist, you’ll design, configure and deploy time management solutions, run workshops, and ensure integration with Payroll and Employee Central.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Time Management configuration skills.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Time Management implementations across multiple countries.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking solutions.
• Run workshops and translate processes into configuration and rules.
• Configure time types, profiles, schedules, calendars, accruals, and workflows.
• Execute unit, component and SIT testing; support UAT and cutover activities.
• Produce documentation and deliver knowledge transfer plus hypercare support.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Employee Central, and security teams across regions.
