Accenture España is seeking a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Lead to guide clients through the implementation and optimization of HR processes using Workday. You will collaborate with global teams on large-scale projects, focusing on Absence and Time Tracking modules and best practices.

The role requires experience with Workday or comparable platforms, exceptional stakeholder management, and travel as needed. Fluency in English is essential, with Spanish or Portuguese as a plus.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and fluency in English.
• Experience implementing Workday HCM or Absence/Time or related platforms.
• Ability to meet travel requirements and manage teams and client interactions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive in leading workshops and discussions in Absence Management and Time Tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on Absence and Time Tracking modules and lead practices.
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies in delivery.
• Host workshops and lead discussions on Absence Management and Time Tracking.
• Independently lead your workstream and report progress.
• Coordinate with client counterparts, external vendors, Accenture colleagues and Workday for a robust solution.
• Support innovation through development of new methods and assets.

As a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Lead:

You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you will provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in the Absence and Time Tracking modules, contributing to a functional solution that meets client needs and objectives
• Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do
• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your expertise in Absence Management and Time Tracking
• Independently leading your workstream and reporting workstream(s) progress
• Liaising closely with client counterparts, external vendors, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution
• Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Absence/ Time or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms such as UKG, ADP Enterprise eTime, Infor, Cronos
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Fluency in English
• Excellent stakeholder management. You ensure all stakeholders are aligned and client requirements are met.

Set yourself apart:

• Strong HR background and have experience working with the time tracking module of the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday agenda.
• In addition to Workday Time Tracking and Absence also experience in other Workday modules
• Up to date Workday Absence and Time Tracking certifications
• Mid-level professional Workday experience
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
