Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant to join our global Workday Practice. You will advise clients on Absence and Time Tracking modules and lead workshops, delivering cloud-based HR solutions that maximize the Workday investment.

You will collaborate with client teams and Accenture colleagues, host sessions, guide workstreams, and apply Workday methodologies to implement best practices while enabling innovation and client value creation.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Workday HCM / Absence / Time modules or similar on-premise or cloud platforms.
• Ability to travel as needed and manage client interactions across teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical problem solving.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in Absence and Time Tracking.
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies to deliver cloud-based HR solutions.
• Host workshops and lead discussions in Absence Management and Time Tracking.
• Independently lead workstreams and report progress to clients and teams.
• Collaborate with client counterparts, vendors, and Workday to achieve robust solutions.
