Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Lifecycle Specialist: Time & Attendance based in Spain. You will manage time off, attendance, and working time across countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance while delivering an excellent employee experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration with payroll, legal, and external authorities, along with process automation and AI-supported improvements in a fully remote, international setting.

Formación

• Experience in HR, payroll or lifecycle management with strong leave and attendance exposure.
• Understanding of employment law and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience handling complex absence cases, payroll implications, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Business English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote, international setup.

Responsabilidades

• Manage employee lifecycle cases related to time and attendance across jurisdictions.
• Advise employees and clients on employment legislation, leave regulations, and labor law.
• Support updates to policies and legislation; assist with complex projects.
• Collaborate with payroll, legal, finance and external authorities for compliance.
• Contribute to audits, reviews, and initiatives affecting employees globally.
• Maintain up-to-date internal documentation of policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and leverage AI in HR processes.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and data protection in mind.
