Jobgether is seeking an organized HR Coordinator (Maternity Cover) to support a globally distributed, fully remote workforce from Spain. You will work closely with senior HR leadership on onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee support to ensure a seamless employee experience across the lifecycle.

This remote role offers exposure to international HR practices, employee engagement initiatives, and ongoing process improvements.

Formación

• Experience in HR coordination or people operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cultures.
• Experience with international teams or Employer of Record (EOR) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HR operations and admin support across policies and employee lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate onboarding processes, including scheduling, orientations, documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Manage employee records and HRIS updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance for new hires and changes.
• Support payroll administration by addressing discrepancies and ensuring timely processing of information.
• Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports, including workforce data and PTO tracking.
• Assist with employee programs and internal communications.
