Jobgether is seeking an Onboarding Success Manager I based in Spain to guide customers and new hires through onboarding in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.

You will manage end-to-end onboarding, coordinate with multiple internal teams, and improve processes, documentation, and self-service tools while focusing on delivering a seamless customer experience across countries.

Formación

• 3+ years in HR or customer-facing role within HR SaaS or tech environment.
• Experience onboarding customers onto an HR SaaS platform.
• Proven ability to manage meetings and maintain customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end onboarding journeys for customers and team members.
• Provide clear guidance via documentation and direct communication.
• Lead meetings to clarify requirements and keep onboarding moving forward.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and operations for resolutions.
• Assist with contract customization following internal procedures.
