• Experience implementing Workday HCM/Absence/Time or similar platforms.
• Ability to travel as needed and manage client interactions.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Advise on Absence and Time Tracking best practices.
• Apply Workday methodologies.
• Host workshops and lead discussions on Absence/Time topics.
• Independently lead your workstream and report progress.
