Responsibilities

• Execute Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities including order processing and billing coordination.
• Coordinate between Sales, Customer Service, Billing, Shipping, and Finance.
• Monitor orders, deliveries, invoicing and customer requests for timely resolution.
• Document procedures, identify gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
