Job summary

Dexcom is a leader in continuous glucose monitoring and seeks a Commercial Operations Specialist for Spain. The role partners with Sales, Customer Service, Billing and other teams to coordinate Order-to-Cash processes, support issue resolution and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Candidates should reside in Madrid, have 2–5 years of related experience, and hold a Bachelor’s degree. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of related experience.
• Experience in commercial operations, sales administration, customer service, or order management is preferred.
• Ability to interact with hospitals, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities including order processing and billing coordination.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Billing, Shipping, Finance and Technical Support.
• Monitor and follow up on orders, invoicing and customer requests with timely communication.
• Coordinate interactions with hospitals and external partners to support commercial processes.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales organization.
• Support commercial administration activities including contracts and compliance records.
• Contribute to onboarding and readiness activities for new team members.
• Document procedures, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
