Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Technical Growth Lead in Spain for a hands-on, growth-focused leadership role. You will own the funnel from signup to activation and qualified pipeline, collaborating with Sales, RevOps, Engineering, and Content to ship experiments, demos, and campaigns.

The role emphasizes fast execution, technical credibility, and data-driven decision making. You will develop AI-native growth strategies, build growth assets, and measure impact through dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, demand generation, or developer marketing.
• Proven signup-to-pipeline or signup-to-revenue ownership for a dev-facing product.
• Strong ability to explain changes and the measurable results that followed.
• Willingness to build demos and campaigns; hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical skills with funnel metrics and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Own the developer-led growth funnel from signup to sales opportunity.
• Build weekly funnel performance dashboards to guide decisions.
• Define high-intent lead criteria with Sales and RevOps.
• Establish lead-response processes for timely follow-up.
• Develop public growth assets including technical demos and teardowns.
• Collaborate with engineers and content teams to create credible growth assets.
• Explore AI-native growth channels and campaigns.
• Design experiments to measure AI-channel effectiveness and scale wins.
• Plan and execute targeted growth campaigns with clear objectives.
• Own lifecycle emails and in-product activation via HubSpot.
• Analyze performance and reallocate time and budget toward high-impact activities.
• Partner with Sales to translate growth into conversations.
• Establish core growth infrastructure and operating rhythms for scale.
• Deliver measurable early-stage outcomes with dashboards and SLAs.
